For all deliveries from TianDe Rheinland Halabis GmbH, Hermann-Bopp-Str. 12, 55218 Ingelheim am Rhein (hereinafter "TianDe GmbH") to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
The purchase contract is concluded with TianDe GmbH, entered in the commercial register at the Mainz District Court under HRB 49317.
Conclusion of contract
a. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order.
b. As soon as you have completed your registration and the order via the shopping cart (click on the button "Order with obligation to pay"), you place a binding order for the goods listed in your shopping cart. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation email immediately after receipt of your order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Prices and shipping costs
a. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.
b. In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.90 per order for delivery within Germany. From a shopping cart value of €49.00 we ship free of charge. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

a. Delivery is only within Germany with DHL.
b. The delivery time is indicated on the respective product page.
Payment can be made either by Paypal, direct debit or credit card.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
You agree that the contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.
Storage of the order
Your order will be saved after completing the ordering process. See also „Privacy“.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the law of your country of residence may also apply if mandatory provisions are involved.

The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
